2025! Let’s Soar in the Light of Love

In 2014, I went to Santa Fe, NM, for a few months for the Sacajawea project. Staying with my daughter’s family along the Pecos River, I became aware of this mystical, spiritual place. There was just something vibrational that touched my soul. I really couldn’t understand completely, but it was in the landscapes, the hills and mountains, the river… the night sky. It was powerful, but it was not all light, it was dark, too.

I cherished the lessons learned there and I’m grateful for the experience. So this morning my heart leaped for joy when I learned that Sacajawea, The Windcatcher was chosen as a NOMINEE in the AREA51 Underground Film Festival in Santa Fe, for Best Feature Screenplay.

This journey has taken me far, far away and back home. It has taught me and others about what really matters in life. It has shown us that it may take a lifetime to achieve – for it is faith, hope, and belief that we must learn to embrace, no matter what the outcome.

I am very grateful for this award as we walk boldly in 2025. We have no doubt this is the year to shine! Let’s soar in the light of love!!!
